Soil health and quality monitoring in the near past has been highly qualitative speculative with more recent advancements still trying to fill void of a holistic soil profile. In this work, an electrochemical approach proposed build unique quantitative model—“DENSE” that probes diffuse double layer (DDL) dielectric evaluate thorough interfacial profile matrix. Room Temperature Ionic Liquid (RTIL) thin film was employed modify electrode probe leverage as effective transducer for system driven by electrostatic interactions charged diffusive behavior. The is surveyed based on fundamental understandings electrochemistry thereby obtaining equivalent metrics using chronoamperometry, impedance spectroscopy chronocoulometry modalities determine characteristics at soil-water layer. Capacitive dominant nature exhibited coarse-drier soils similar case non-faradaic while presence water composite seems induce slightly charge transfer behavior indicative mobile electrochemically active species. This gives discernibility between physico-chemical state corresponding output modelled impedemetric circuit fit serves probing mechanism.
